Secret Weapon Boot Camp Call

Hi Everyone!

Have you attended the conference call "Secret Weapon Boot camp" on Wednesday, March 23rd? It was an awesome gathering where me and my friends Russell Brunson, Josh Anderson and Jason Mangrum and his wife Skye got to question some legendary internet gurus on how to use Mike Chen's Secret Weapon.

We are loaded with good advice from the conference panel. It was awesome to hear how they volunteered to be on this panel and give from their knowledge and experience without asking anything in return. These famous marketers on the panel were Joe Vitale, Gary Halbert, David Garfinkle and Mark Joyner, BTW.

Meet Me in Texas!

Hi Everyone,

I am going to about 5 seminars this year. Yes, 5!

The question is. How many will you go to. My only answer is,
How many can you afford to go to. If 1 then go to 1.

If none, maybe sometime in the future. But if you can afford to go
to 10, go to 10.

Why? Well, because you get to find other marketers on YOUR level
and build JV's with them to take you to the NEXT level.



Shawn Casey says,
 "You should go to Seminars to take a break from
your Business."

You need to take a break from Instant Messenger and Emails and
get to know your peers and customers and vendors. It will change
your business.

Good Friend, Great Book!

Hi there,

I have to confess. Sometimes I am guilty of marketing like
some politicians. You know, the ones that make policy based
on the latest poles.

But I had to look in the mirror and realize, if I am afraid to
touch on a subject outside the "norm" and offend a very
small percentage of my list for something I do not think
they should be offended, then there is something wrong
with me.

In fact, I was just recently told:
 "If you do not offend a few people every once
in a while, then you are not marketing right."

Because you can't please everyone. And if you try
then you will fail at trying and your business.

So, I have decided that if I ever do offend anyone than the
truth is, I do don't want you on my journey with me.

You see, I have made a great friend over the last year. Her
name is Kimberly Gordon. Known by many as Kimberly "G"

You see, Kimberly and have are very good friends and you
may know her from The Instant Buzz forum as a moderator
and other forums like The Warrior forum. Plus she has an

Back to my story of what an "ASS" I was.
Kimberly has been one of my top
affiliates for many of my sites and also
one of my biggest "Mike F" cheerleaders.

One day recently she asked me to
promote her ebook, and after she has
done so much for me I said "I Can't"

I gave her that speech about not getting involved in the 3
no-no's of Politics, Religion, or SEX.  I was AFRAID to
offend anyone.

Then I realize what I jerk I was.
The book has helped so many and maybe
some of you are Christian and would Love
it. And if you are not you hit the DELETE
Key and move on. Kimberly deserved better
from me than to act like a little WUSS.


So if the subject of her great ebook JV with JESUS
offends anyone, that it is NOT APPROPRIATE than, I
am sorry that we are too uptight sometimes to understand
that we are all different and not everything is for everyone.

I forgot to mention. Kimberly and I were friends for so long

I left the business after 14 years just in November and Kimberly
is the Internet Manager at a Chevy store. We just found that
out.

Dead Real Estate in Your Marketing

Hello, I just wanted to share some ideas with you.

Did you notice when you watch a Yahoo, AOL, MSN video we
see commercials now?


Did you notice that behind baseball players we see ads on a
blue screen now?


Remember when pens just said BIC?


Remember when Movie Theaters just had a white screen before
the movie stared?


Remember when the mail receipt card from your local FREE
weekly paper just had postage on one side and blank on the
other?

Well, advertisers and businesses have found that not to
have an ad on the back of the mail receipt card, or behind
the Ball players was DEAD REAL ESTATE.

Heck, soon Armand will be paid to wear a 1Shoppingcart hat
at his seminars, LOL (JK)

So there enters my point!

Do you have dead real estate in your marketing?

Here are some tips and examples you can use

:))
After someone opts in to your list. Why have a DEAD REAL
ESTATE page that says "Thanks for subscribing, click your
browsers back button."

Why not offer them one of your older ebooks for $19 just
this one time instead of $47 that they may never buy. Or
why not offer them an affiliate link for a related product.
You already have the opt in right?

GURUS LISTEN UP!!!

Why send me an email that says:
" you just made a sale. Great job!"

Why not include a P.S. with a copy paste email under it
with my link in it that says:

 "P.S. I made it easy for you to make even more.
Here is an email you can send out to your list
as a follow up...

Dear {FIRSTNAME}, yester day I emailed
you about {dynamic_link), the response
was real good."

 Oh you like that one huh? ;)

If you are emailing them to let them know they made a
referral to the site but not a commission, do the same
thing. Or in that email,
have a TOP SPONSOR ad

How about when they log out from your membership site? Why
send them to the home page, DUH?? Send them to a Targeted
affiliate program.

How about when they use a site function like filling out a
form. Why say "thanks for filling out our form."

Why not rotate some banners above and below?

When someone joins your FREE site, why send them right to
the members area, why not do a JV with someone and offer a
great package at a great price? (Just this once)

Hey these are just some ideas. I use some of them with one
time offers and I make nice side cash (enough to make a Car
Payment) with some of these little ideas.

So go thru YOUR sites and see if you have DEAD REAL ESTATE
on your sites :)
