Well, one of his very first items ever was

Richard and I have become very close friends.

He was offering rights to the item for $97
and we were on the phone and he told me he
was going to raise it to $197.

"WHAT!!! Wait, please let me make an offer

I asked him to hold off until I could warn
you guys first. He seemed hesitant at first,
but then he was happy to do so.
