Mike Filsaime is President, CEO, and founder of MikeFilsaime.com, Inc. Mike spent 14 years in the Auto Business much of it as a General Sales Manager for the nations largest volume dealerships. Mike started online marketing part-time in 2002 and went full time in 2004; the same year the company was incorporated. Mike is the face of the company but over recent years has been branding the products more than the “person” as the company is growing. Under Mike The Company did over $25 Million is sales in the first decade of this century. Michelle Galvin
Michelle works as Mike Filsaime’s executive assistant and has proudly been with MikeFilsaime.com, Inc since March 2006.

Rosalie Jablonski
Rosalie is the bookkeeper for MikeFilsaime.com, Inc. and has been with us since 2007. When not working, she dedicates 100% of her time to her wonderful family.
Lucius Kern
Lucius started out as MikeFilsaime.com, Inc.’s graphic designer. His duties now also include all aspects of video recording, editing, and production. Lucius has also learned marketing while working here and has grown his own successful Internet Marketing business. When not working, he spends most of his spare time with friends and family.

Mike Ambrosio
Mike is the Project Supervisor at MikeFilsaime.com. All active projects are managed by him. We have many in house team members as well as many team members all over the US and Europe. Mike coordinates with everyone to manage the projects and makes sure everyone is on the same page.

Ionut Griga
Ionut was the first person to work at MikeFilsaime.com. He started in 2004 and has programmed many of Mike’s sites. He started and manages the programming team in Romania. Iount and the team have built most of our sites online and our top selling software. Early products Powerlink Generator and Viral Friend Generator as well as our flagship product Butterfly Marketing. Some of the other top products create are PayDotCom.com and InstantAffiliateWebsite.com. Iount leads the team of 5 others that are responsible for keeping our sites running smooth. Ionut enjoys working with so many great people that are on Mike’s team and loves them all.

Catalin Gherhes
Cata is a long time best friend of Ionut from school. As they were helping each other in school, they are helping each other now at work and in life. When we were expanding Cata was the first person to join the team. As Ionut took over management of the team and special projects it was Cata (and Ioan Costescu below) that took the bull by the horns and help the company through the massive growth of 2005-2008. Cata is one of the guys that knows anything can be done if you think it through. He is a very good person and helping everybody in Romania team with everything he can. He puts all his heart in the projects he is doing and takes care that everybody is doing their job exactly as Mike wants.
Ioan Costescu
Ioan, or as we call him IOx2 [IO Squared] joined shortly after Cata. Prior to that Ioan worked for several years inside a European multinational company, after graduating the University of Sciences from Baia Mare, profile Mathematics-Informatics. Along with Cata, Ioun headed up Butterfly Marketing and developed PayDotCom from its launch to where it is now. Iox2 has also been instrumental custom programing of new technologies used in our launches that were beta test for new additions to Butterfly marketing. Without Iox2, many of your Million Dollar launches would not have been possible. He lives his life as it follows: If it’s worth doing a job is worth doing it properly.

Catalin Aderlean
Catalin started working in the IT business as a Junior Developer at a local company, where he worked for 1 year. He joined Mike Filsaime Inc. in 2006. Since then he grew up into a Senior Developer and he has been involved in several software development projects, such as Paydotcom.com, ViralFriendGenerator and ButterflyMarketing, as well as technical support for for our service based sites.
Cosmin Bud
Cosmin started his career in the IT Business, as a Tester and SEO Junior at a local company / Programming-Pool in Romania. There he worked for over one year before joining our team. Cosmin works as a Technical and Functional Support employee, on various projects and is the lead tech support liaison to assist our support staff deal with technical issues with our customers.

Raul Predescu
Nothing is as constant as the change and perfection means not being able to leave anything out. Raul knows this better than anyone, after working for over 5 years as a servers admin and for over 3 years as a software developer. Combining the agility, quality and perseverance of a servers admin, who knows that “can’t do it” is never a solution, with the mathematical thinking of a developer, Raul managed to become one of Mike’s most important resources. If you never heard anything about Raul, just stay quiet for 5 minutes and you will surely hear loud and clear his voice. (Just ask Mike after he visits.)
Nancy Fahey
Nancy Fahey is the Customer Support Team Manager for MikeFilsaime.com. Nancy has been taking care of the customer support since the spring of 2004. Nancy has enjoyed the company’s growth as the 3rd person on the team. In her spare time, she loves going to the gym, cooking, working her garden, avidly watching every detective and police show she can find, and eating Thai food and sushi!

Kate Simpson
Kate does support by phone. We are one of the few Internet marketing companies that has a real phone number at our website. When you call, you get a real person. And if you need support, you do not get re-routed to our helpdesk. Kate will take your call and has been trained to help you with most of your needs. If not, she gets someone on your case and you get your situation resolved usually in 1 business day. And you can call her at any time during business hours. We are proud to have a dedicated staff member to help when the helpdesk is just not the personal attention you need.

David is the Managing Editor of the “MDC Monthly” magazine. When not working on the latest issue, David provides SEO consultation for small businesses, assisted by his wife Leanne, and his sister Bethany Rudkin. David lives and work in Leeds, in the UK.

Steve Pryor
A long time ago, Steve was a Military Police Paratrooper with the 101st Airborne. After that, and a few other jobs including 20 years of being a Security Therapist for the State of Illinois, Steve became involved with MikeFilsaime.com, Inc. in 2003 doing InstantBuzz.com moderation. He joined the team in 2008 on support. Steve does first line defense for sites like PayDotCom.com and The7FigureZone.com

Don Hendrick
I come from Information Systems in Corporate America, I have worked on many large IT projects for many fortune 1000 and fortune 500 corporations. Much of my experience has been developing, maintaining corporate accounting systems. I started in online businesses with auction sites around 1999. And then started working with Mike during the very early years of the company….many years have gone by and I still love it. I am currently working in the main help desk and work on various projects as they come up.
